Grilled Chicken With Lemon Sauce Recipe

1. Squeeze lemon juice into glass or cup. Around 3-3.5 fluid ounces (100ml) its needed.
2. Pour lemon juice in a large bowl and add 1 cup of chicken stock, 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of salt.
3. Mix everything.
4. Pour the mix into a small pot and heat.
5. When warm add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour cook and stir over medium heat till the sauce until smooth and the flour is dissolved (35-40 min.).
6. Reserve lemon sauce and keep warm.
7. Julienne 1 red onion.
8. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet and add the onion when warm.

10. Sprinkle thin-sliced chicken breasts with ground black pepper.
11. Heat a grill with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and grill chicken breast over high heat for 2 - 3 minutes each side or until golden.
12. Pour lemon sauce over the chicken steaks.
