bay leaves 2 c
red wineInstructions
- Prick chorizo sausages in several places.
- Pour red wine in a saucepan or casserole and bring to a boil.
- Add chorizo sausages and bay leaves.
- Simmer for 15 - 20 minutes or until most of the sauce is reduced.
- Take chorizo from the casserole and slice.
