Baked Tuna In Tomato Sauce

Instructions
1. Peel and chop 3 cloves of garlic and 1 onion.
2. Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a medium size skillet. When warm add chopped garlic, onion, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper. Cook over low heat for 8 - 10 min.
3. Add 1 can of tomato sauce and a pinch of thyme and rosemary. Cook and stir for 2 - 3 min.
4. Add 1 cup of white wine.
5. Add 2 bay leaves and simmer for 6 - 8 min and turn off the heat.
6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180º C).
7. Wrap tuna pieces with bacon. This will keep the tuna fish pieces really juicy!.
8. Place wrapped tuna fish pieces into a baking dish and pour tomato and wine sauce over them.
9. Bake for 16 - 18 min.
