Spanish Tomato Bread and Serrano Ham

tomato (medium,ripe) 1⁄4 clv
garlic 2 T
olive oil (extra virgin) 1⁄4 t
salt 12 sli
serrano ham (depending on the slice size)Instructions
- Toast your favorite bread with the help of a toaster or a grill.
- Wash and dice tomato.
- Peel clove of garlic.
- Add 1/4 clove of garlic, diced tomato, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Spread some tomato mix onto each toast with the help of a spoon.
- Put 1 or 2 slices or Spanish Serrano ham (Jamón) on each slice.

Notes
- It is recommended to use a good bread to prepare the Spanish tomato bread like Rye bread, Sourdough or Vienna.
- You can also grate the tomato and mix it with the garlic, salt & olive oil instead of using the blender. The original Spanish dish is with grated tomatoes!
