Spanish Chicken And Mushroom Pasta Recipe Ingredients: 1 onion 4 clv garlic 10 oz mushrooms (button) 1 bn parsley (fresh) 2 chicken breast 1/4 t salt 1/4 t ground black pepper 4 T olive oil 5 T olive oil 1/2 t salt 1 c white wine 1 lb pasta 1 c cream Instructions: Peel and slice garlic cloves.Peel and chop onion.Peel, wash and cut into quarters mushrooms. Wash a bunch of fresh parsley and chop finely.Clean, wash and cut into dices chicken breasts.Sprinkle chicken breast with some salt and ground black pepper.Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a large non-stick skillet. When warm add chicken breast dices and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes each side or until golden.Take chicken out of the skillet and set aside.Add 5 more tablespoons of olive oil in the skillet and add sliced garlic, chopped onion and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Cook over low-medium heat for 7 - 8 minutes.Add mushrooms and stir-fry over medium heat for 4 - 5 minutes more.Add chicken breast dices and 1 cup of white wine. Cook over low heat for 7 - 8 minutes or wine is reduced.Add chopped parsley and stir for 1 minute. Remove skillet from heat.Add all the ingredients of the skillet and 1 cup of cream to the pot with the already cooked pasta. Mix over low heat for 1 - 2  minutes.Serve immediately and enjoy your chicken and mushroom pasta recipe.
