Spanish Chicken Thighs With Almond Sauce Ingredients: 8 chicken thighs 1/4 t ground black pepper 1/2 t salt 8 T bread crumbs 2 onion 8 T olive oil 1/2 c white wine 1/2 t salt 8 T almond meal 2 oz pine nuts Instructions: Debone, remove skin and clean chicken thighs.Sprinkle chicken with some ground black pepper and salt.Coat chicken thighs with bread crumbs.Peel and chop finely onions.Place 8 tablespoons of olive oil into a large non-stick skillet and heat.
