Tuna Pasty Recipe | Tuna Turnover Ingredients: 1/2 lb puff pastry 7 oz tuna canned (in olive oil) 1 onion 3 eggs (hard-boiled) 1 c vegetables oil 5 oz tomato sauce Instructions: Drain and flake tuna. Chop hard-boiled eggs.In a large bowl, mix tuna, tomato sauce and hard-boiled eggs.Roll out pastry and cut around a small circular plate to make the circles for the pasties.
