Delicious baked salmon fillet recipe with mixed pepper and onion.

Ingredients

salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1⁄4 t
salt
1⁄4 t
black pepper

Instructions

1. Wash and deseed peppers and slice into trips both the onion and peppers.
2. Cook the onion and peppers over low heat for 10 minutes in a non-stick frying pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
3. Place the onion and peppers into a baking dish.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 ºC).
5. Place the salmon fillets into the baking dish and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Bake for 15 - 18 minutes
